How much will my shipping charges be?

During the order process, you will be given a an option of USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air Package shipping methods. The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable are clearly displayed.

If you are an international customer, ordering from outside the United States, please select the USPS International shipping option to calculate your shipping costs.


What if I need to return my order?

You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 30 days of receiving. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and must have all sales tags attached in original condition. After a return has been received, it will take 4-6 weeks to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. We suggest using UPS for your protection.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.

We may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address below.
